Stewart Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Bread and Bun equipment has acquired UK-based Spooner Vicars, Ltd., which serves complimentary bakery markets in the Biscuit / Snack, Bread and Cereal sectors.

The acquisition creates one of the most prominent manufacturers of machines and systems for Baking Industry.

The companies have an unrivalled depth of knowledge of the Baking Market with more than 200 years of corporate experience. Stewart Systems was founded in 1947 and Spooner Vicars in 1849.
