Modular Plastic Conveyors
Rely on Stewart Systems' conveyor designs for all of your pan, lid, tray, basket and product conveying needs. Bakeries worldwide depend on our quality designs and robust construction. They’re built to last. We have decades of experience designing systems in bakeries just like yours.
Our Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors safely, gently and quietly handle pans, products, or trays and baskets while maintaining superior control, smooth starts and stops, as well as outstanding accumulation and metering capabilities. Because of our experience in industrial bakeries, our designs are some of the finest, and safest in the industry. They feature first class components, heavy-duty designs, with rigorous quality control and standards. The industry specific background has led us to design in some very specific component upgrades in order to survive the highly abrasive environment that a typical bakery provides. Our conveyors also include countless improvements in quality and reliability, and an attention to detail that you will appreciate.
The Modular Plastic Belt Conveyors utilize a common cross-platform design. Each side frame follows a standard of common mounting points and mounting hardware for floor or ceiling installation, with standard bolt patterns on each type of conveyor frame. Irregardless of width, length, or conveyor type, many of the components, that comprise the conveyor assemblies, are identical which saves stocking, maintenance, and training costs.
Stewart Systems utilizes an open conveyor design with minimal horizontal surfaces to reduce the possibility of debris buildup and vastly improves sanitation requirements. Keyless shaft mounted, inverter duty, premium efficiency NORD Gripmaxx (std) and SEW Eurodrive TorqLok gearmotors are used to eliminate the need for chains, sprockets, belts, or guards, which reduces maintenance, improves safety, and reduces replacement time. Electrically Conductive (EC) wearstrips and belt modules are used to safely discharge all Plastic Belt Type Conveyors at pan/lid accumulation areas and on all conveyors below a six-foot elevation to minimize any static electricity buildup. Product conveyors feature synchronized, gear-driven transfer rollers insure that your product moves smoothly and precisely from conveyor to conveyor. Nylon belt material is available for bakeries that require special considerations regarding flammable materials.
All Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor assemblies are fully assembled, including guards, guides, gearmotors, and sensors, and mechanically tested prior to partial breakdown for shipping. This dramatically reduces the installation time and labor requirements.
Or, if you prefer, we also offer other types of conveyor styles including wire belt conveyors like Wendway and Multiflex.
No one designs bakery conveying systems better than we do.
So, for the last word in quality, reliability and flexibility in conveyors for your operation, compare us to the rest and choose the best, Stewart Systems.
