Tom McCaleb Joins Stewart as Global Sales Manager
As part of the continued growth and development of the Stewart Solstice Tortilla Equipment Line, we are proud to welcome Thomas Mc Caleb to our team.

Thomas has been active in the Tortilla Industry for over a quarter century. His extensive knowledge of high-speed tortilla production is a perfect fit for our group as we continue to develop the Solstice Flour Tortilla Technology provided by Stewart Systems and AMF and meet our goal of providing the best solutions in the industry for High Speed Flour Tortilla Production.

Thomas' experience includes tenure at numerous world-class organizations and he has served the industry both domestically and abroad. His knowledge includes both ingredient and equipment aspects of the business. Most recently, Thomas excelled as a Sales Manager and expert in Corn Tortilla, Tortilla Chip and Press Tortilla Equipment sales for a leading manufacturer of those technologies. Thomas’ knowledge will benefit our customers, as he will be able to consult with them on their process and assure that we employ the most effective solutions for the high-speed production needs of their facility. He is a board member for the Tortilla Industry Association (TIA) and has been a presenter and member in the American Institute of Baking and TIA. He holds a BA from Texas Tech University.
