STEWART GIVES BACK
We have had some great visitors from all over the world in our Bakery Innovation Center recently. This morning it was time to give back to our local future bakers: Jay trained 16 Collin College Pastry Arts students in scoring breads, braiding six stranded challah breads, explaining industrial & artisan processes and impressing them with Sveba Dahlen, Auto-Bake Serpentine and Stewart Systems equipment demos.
